Anna Munson, Co-Founder
Anna Munson is a seasoned event planning and marketing professional whose career spans more than a decade of high-impact experiences — most notably in Las Vegas, Nevada, one of the world's most demanding and competitive event markets.
Before bringing her expertise to Texas, Anna honed her ability to execute everything from intimate executive gatherings to large-scale corporate events. From launching and scaling event operations at an iconic Vegas celebrity's 52-acre estate to managing special events for a premier wholesale marketplace hosting 50,000+ global buyers, Anna has consistently delivered results at the highest level — for clients including Hilton, Susan G. Komen, Adobe, Ventahood, Dodge Viper, and more.
Anna's full-service event expertise is rooted in a rare combination of creative vision, operational execution, and marketing strategy — the full spectrum of what it takes to produce events that are not only flawlessly run, but genuinely unforgettable. Her hands-on experience spans entertainment sourcing, event production, vendor management, contract negotiation, transportation logistics, and on-site execution at every level of scale and complexity. But Anna's value extends well beyond the event itself. With a deep background in marketing, she knows how to make your event work harder for your brand. From building pre-event buzz to creating post-event content that keeps your audience talking, Anna brings a marketer's eye and a planner's precision to every program she touches.
Now rooted in Grayson County, Texas, Anna channels that world-class experience into her work as co-founder of Refined Corporate Events — and into the community she proudly calls home. An active member of the Junior League of Grayson County and a board member of the Charlie Willie Foundation, she is as invested in the people of North Texas as she is in the events she creates for them. Whether orchestrating a large-scale corporate event, a milestone celebration, or a full-production brand experience, Anna brings the professionalism, precision, and passion of a Las Vegas-trained expert to every client she serves. Gracie Lindsey, Co-Founder
With nearly a decade of experience in branding, marketing, and event production, Gracie Lindsey brings a thoughtful blend of creativity, strategy, and hospitality to every event she leads. As Co-Founder of Refined Corporate Events, she specializes in creating elevated experiences that strengthen brands, celebrate milestones, and leave lasting impressions—from executive retreats and conferences to grand openings, product launches, and luxury corporate gatherings.
Gracie's background began in the wedding industry, where she spent more than seven years orchestrating seamless events with exceptional attention to detail. That foundation, paired with over nine years of marketing and brand development experience, allows her to approach every corporate event with both a designer's eye and a business-minded strategy—ensuring each experience is not only beautiful but purposeful.
A University of Arkansas Alum, Gracie is passionate about building meaningful relationships with clients and bringing their vision to life with professionalism, organization, and genuine care. Outside of Refined, she's a wife, mom of two, and an active supporter of community initiatives through the Charlie Willie Foundation. She believes the most memorable events aren't just flawlessly executed—they create moments that bring people together and tell a story worth remembering.
